A. Lange & Söhne New Lange 1 Perpetual Calendar

A. Lange & Söhne has unveiled a new version of the Lange 1 Perpetual Calendar, showcasing a platinum case and a captivating black dial. Retaining the classic Lange 1 case dimensions, the watch exudes a sense of luxury with its 41.9mm diameter and 12.1mm height. The black dial, made of solid silver, elegantly presents various complications. The moon phase indicator, featuring a solid-gold celestial disc with graduated blue hues, stands out against the predominantly black backdrop adorned with white markings.

In line with Lange 1's unique style, the dial deviates from traditional perpetual calendars, opting for the classic off-centered Lange 1 design. It showcases an oversized date display, retrograde day of the week indicator, outer edge month ring, and a leap year indication. The moon-phase and day/night indicator share the seconds sub-dial. The movement, calibre L021.3, is distinct and technically impressive, offering instantaneous calendar changes and a mesmerizing moon phase display. The watch comes with a black hand-stitched leather strap and a platinum prong buckle.
